These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rig Patrol (the "Service"), operated from Sheridan, Wyoming. By creating an account, browsing listings, publishing a listing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Rig Patrol is an online classifieds marketplace where people can list and browse adventure vehicles, campers, trailers, and gear. We provide the platform that connects buyers and sellers; we are not a party to any sale, do not take possession of or inspect any vehicle, and do not process payments between buyers and sellers.
All buying and selling happens directly between users. You are solely responsible for negotiating, inspecting, paying for, arranging transport of, and completing any transaction.
When a buyer contacts a seller through a listing, that message is delivered directly to the seller's email address — Rig Patrol does not store, read, or moderate the contents of these messages. From that point on, communication between buyer and seller happens outside the Service (typically by email), and is between those two parties alone.

Rig Patrol is not responsible for losses arising from transactions between users, including but not limited to fraud, misrepresentation, or a vehicle's actual condition differing from its listing.
The Rig Patrol name, logo, and site design belong to us. Content you submit (listing photos, descriptions, etc.) remains yours — by posting it, you grant Rig Patrol a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that listings are accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any vehicle listed is fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rig Patrol and its owners/operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or any transaction conducted between users — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Rig Patrol harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your listings, or your transactions with other users.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or to Rig Patrol.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
